Absence of Humanity: The Holocaust Years, 1933-1945 Выставки Атланта

The exhibition shows a thorough and detailed history of what was happening during the Holocaust era; from what led up to this dreadful event to the horror of Holocaust crimes and the aftermath of said atrocity.

It contains photographs, video, documents, personal memorabilia of the survivors and other historical items. The exhibition is divided into sections, including 1933 The Takeover of Power, Rescue and Resistance, 1934-1935 The Terror Begins, 1939-1941 The Expansion of Power, 1941-1945 The Killing and The Aftermath.

Absence of Humanity was created by Benjamin Hirsch, a local architect and one of the survivors who managed to start a new life in Atlanta. The exhibition is permanent and free to visit, there are free guided tours as well.
